Mental Fitness can be defined as, “your capacity to respond to life’s challenges with a positive rather than a negative mindset.” Our mental fitness can greatly impact our performance, peace of mind, wellness, and connections with ourselves and others.
I was introduced to Positive Intelligence® during a very stressful season of work. I trained as a Positive Intelligence coach as an experiment for myself and learned helpful tools and insights that I continue to practice today.
I continue to train with Shirzad Chamine at Positive Intelligence and aim to receive my Advanced Positive Intelligence Coaching Certificate in 2024. As a trained coach and practitioner, I am proud to offer this program to my clients.
The Positive Intelligence Program is an 8-week mental fitness program based on the book by the same name written by Shirzad Chamine. It can be done with a group or individually. As a Positive Intelligence Coach, I would coach you or a group of five people through the program.
The aim of the program is to help you develop mental fitness by:
- Using short mindfulness/sensory exercises to increase self-command.
- Learning to recognise and intercept the Saboteurs that cause much of the anxiety, guilt, regret, shame, and disappointment we experience.
- Learning to replace Saboteurs by leveraging the Sage Perspective and Sage Powers.
Participants of the Positive Intelligence Program will:
- Attend an introductory coaching session (1 hour).
- Watch 1-hour worth of video content weekly (videos are broken down into shorter
segments to allow chunking down the work). - Practice 15 minutes/day on the app that I will give you access to when you sign up.
- Read 8 chapters of the Positive Intelligence book (the app has a PDF and audio version for you).
- Attend 7 group or individual coaching sessions to integrate the material from the program (45 minutes each).
